Colleen Ostrofski

Founder
Driven by a lifelong passion to empower the Deaf community through personalised support and advocacy, with a strong focus on operational excellence and service innovation within both the Deaf and wider community support sectors. As a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), Colleen brings a unique and deep understanding of the Deaf community. As Founder, this leadership position is held with unmatched insight and dedication, making it ideal for championing inclusive and meaningful care for all clients.

Jason Ostrofski

Chief Finance Officer
Leads the financial strategy and sustainability, ensuring resources are aligned to support high-quality, client-focused services. Dedicated to ensuring seamless communication and support for every client and their families. Brings financial insight that strengthens both service delivery and community impact.

Service Delivery Manager
Oversees the planning, implementation and quality of support services for all clients and Support Workers; ensuring programs meet client needs and align with organisational standards. Passionate about driving inclusive service excellence, empowering teams, and advocating for meaningful outcomes within the community.

Bookings Officer Lead
Coordinates and oversees client bookings within the Service Delivery team; ensuring schedules, events and communications run smoothly, and supports are matched to client needs. Committed to delivering an efficient, reliable service, while fostering positive connections between clients, families and Support Workers.

Team Lead of Support Workers
Provides guidance, mentorship and training to a team of Deaf Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, culturally appropriate support for Deaf clients. Tania is deeply passionate about empowering the Deaf community and creating inclusive spaces where both staff and clients can thrive.
